Rates Details

                                             Egyptian  market & Resident Foreigners 

 General Lodge Terms & Conditions :

• Above rates are Per Room , Per night , based on H/B board basis, including 1 soft drink  + 1 Small bottle of water per Dinner
• Extra person supplement 30 Euro Foreigners – 500 LE Egyptian per night, inclusive on H/B board basis.
• The above rates are quoted in euros.
• All rates are net - non-commissionable.
• Rates are all inclusive of service charge and all local government taxes.
• Rates are applicable for individuals. ( Special rate for group is available )
• Rates are valid till 30 04 2026.
• Payment should be settled in euros for foreigners.
• Complimentary Welcome drinks will be served upon arrival.
• Above rates exclude Laundry and telephone.
• Above rates exclude Beverages & Extras

Payment:

• 25% one month before arrival
• Full payment in advance to guarantee rooms blocked 15 days prior to arrival
• Payment should be sent to our bank account

 Children Policy:

• Up to 6 years old free sharing parents’ room ( max 1 child)
• 6 – 12 years50 % discount sharing parents’ room ( max 1 child )

 Check in & Check Policy :

• Check-in time 15:00 hrs.
• Check-out time 12:00 hrs.
• Early check-in (subject to the hotel availability}
• Late check-out (subject to the hotel availability}
• For all late departure requests after 20:00 hrs, a full night’s accommodation charge will be applied.

Cancellation policy :

• Within 1 month before arrival:          Totally refundable
• Within 14 days before arrival:           25 % Cancellation fees
• Less than 10 days before arrival:      50 % cancellation fees
• Less than 72 hours before arrival:     75% cancellation fees
• Less Than 48 Hours Before arrival:    1 night now show
• No show: Will be subject to full charge for 1 night

 Optional Activities:-

1- Jeep Safari  30 euro  per person, minimum 4 pax 
2- Camel Riding 25 euros per person
